A graduate of the University of Oxford with a BA in French and Russian, Varvara brings a strong international perspective and analytical foundation to her work. She began her career as a Recruiter in Paris on her year abroad, specialising in talent acquisition and candidate management. After completing her studies at university, she subsequently progressed to an Operations Coordinator role, where she supported operational efficiency and process optimisation. Varvara’s experience in recruitment and operations enables her to deliver structured, people-focused solutions that drive performance and organisational effectiveness.
