With over 20 years of experience in office management and executive support, Katrin Feuchter-Wacker excels in customer service, time management, and team collaboration. She effectively manages complex calendars and schedules, proactively supporting top management to drive organizational success.
As a Line Manager to the global admin team, Katrin is responsible for onboarding, training, and mentoring admin staff, with a special focus on CRM tools. She ensures the team takes ownership of the database and supports management with accurate and up-to-date business information. She analyzes and develops KPR criteria for half-year reviews, carries out these reviews, and reports the results in a global summary to the executive board. She allocates staff to global projects based on workload, experience, and personal fit, and supports international offices during leave and sickness periods. Additionally, she continuously trains new joiners on software applications at all levels.
