Experience:

Previously, Gordon was a Principal in the Global Technology & Services practice at Heidrick & Struggles. Before joining Heidrick & Struggles, Gordon was Head of executive recruiting for Vodafone Group, where he was a founding member of the team that established the first in-house executive search function. He began his career with Russell Reynolds Associates as part of the technology practice. During that time, he led and supported C-level and board searches for public and private organisations in the UK, Europe and India.
