During his 20+ years in search Alistair has developed strategic relationships with market leading global Private Equity firms including Warburg Pincus (inclusive of a 2025 “Best Athlete’s CTO” project), WCAS, Aquiline, Vista, Cove Hill Partners, KKR, EQT, Bain, Apax & EQT successfully partnering with these firms respective SaaS PortCo’s in sourcing proven outcome driven Executive Leadership Team talent.

In addition to collaborating with world-class public enterprise software companies namely, Workday and Oracle, Alistair also brings significant experience in partnering with innovative public companies that have pursued and achieved market disruption through digital transformation encompassing the placement of contemporary C-suite digital technology leadership – these clients include – GE Digital (70+ searches), Mastercard (50+ searches), MSCI, Eaton Corporation, Iron Mountain, Next Era Energy, CenterPoint Energy & Royalty Pharma.

Prior to his career in Executive Search, Alistair, qualified as a Chartered Management Accountant and worked in Finance for supply chain software company DHL Systems.
