H.I. Executive Consulting (H.I.E.C.) is pleased to welcome MacLean “Mac” Craig as Partner, based in New York. Mac brings over 15 years of executive search experience specializing in information technology leadership, helping organizations identify and attract senior technology executives including CIOs, CTOs, CISOs and other key IT leaders.
Mac joins from DSG Global, where he served as Managing Director. His sector experience spans financial services, industrial, consumer, healthcare and technology, bringing a rigorous, research-driven approach to client engagements. He leverages a background in knowledge management and executive research to deliver targeted, high-impact results for clients navigating complex technology leadership needs.
Prior to DSG Global, Mac worked as a Consultant at Marlin Hawk and served as Global Knowledge Manager for Korn Ferry’s CIO/IT Officers Practice. He began his career at Coleman Research Group, a global expert networking firm, supporting institutional investors and consulting firms on technology, media and telecommunications insights.
At H.I.E.C., Mac reunites with Managing Partner Tony Leng, with whom he worked successfully at DSG Global. Together, they bring deep expertise in identifying technology leaders capable of navigating the strategic challenges AI presents across enterprise organizations.
