H.I. Executive Consulting (H.I.E.C.) is pleased to welcome Michelle Dunne, who will be leading our Financial Services Practice. Michelle is an executive search professional with over 20 years of experience in global financial markets. She will advise clients on senior leadership search, succession planning, and the buildout of executive teams capable of managing complex cross-border growth and regulatory transformation.

Prior to joining H.I.E.C, Michelle founded and led two independent executive search practices – a leadership consultancy serving Asia and Oceania, and a C-suite appointment firm in the United Kingdom. Her international background spans placements across the UK, Europe, North America, Asia and Oceania for both private and listed financial services organisations.

Michelle holds an MSc in Gender, Development & Globalisation from the London School of Economics and a BSc (Hons) in Psychology from Birkbeck, University of London.
