H.I. Executive Consulting (H.I.E.C.) is pleased to welcome Alistair Robinson as Managing Partner, North America, based in Atlanta. Alistair brings over 20 years of executive search experience specializing in Enterprise SaaS, Private Equity and Technology. He will lead senior leadership search across C-Suite and Executive Leadership Team appointments for B2B and B2C SaaS companies.

Alistair’s expertise spans broad Enterprise SaaS with specific depth in the HealthTech, FinTech, Payments, Cybersecurity, HCM, CX and IoT sectors. He has developed long-standing relationships with leading global Private Equity firms, including Warburg Pincus, WACAS, Vista, EQT, KKR, Bain and Apax, and has partnered with their respective SaaS portfolio companies to source proven executive talent. His corporate client experience includes Workday, Oracle, Mastercard, MSCI, GE Digital, Eaton, Next Era Energy and CenterPoint Energy, among others.

Prior to his career in executive search, Alistair qualified as a Chartered Management Accountant and worked in finance at supply chain software company DHL Systems.

H.I.E.C also welcomes Melissa Wallace as Consultant, based in Dallas-Fort Worth. Melissa brings over 20 years of business experience, having founded and managed two firms within Consumer and Retail before moving into executive search. She joins from Harvey Nash USA, where she has worked since 2019 on C-level and Board-level appointments across Technology and Software. At H.I.E.C, Melissa will work closely with Alistair on candidate and client delivery.
